Parical is the Selective VDRA with minimal impact on Ca & P and provides effective PTH suppression.
Parical capsules are indicated for the prevention and treatment of SHPT associated with CKD 3, CKD 4 and CKD stage 5 patients on HD and PD.
Dosage of Parical is 1mcg to 2mcg daily or Parical Capsule 2mcg to 4mcg every other day in CKD patients.
Dosage in Dialysis patients:
Administer the dose of Parical Capsules orally three times a week, No more frequently than every other day based upon the following formula:
